Join Coach Phil Jeannin for this fun, fast paced basketball experience. The clinic participants will learn the basics of the game of basketball; passing, dribbling, shooting, also offensive and defensive techniques. Great learning experience before our participants enter the leagues in the 3rd grade.

Baseball/Softball Pitchers Clinic Print Form>>
Mitch Loomis,Tonganoxie High School Coach and Bob Bartkoski, long time pitching instructor, will cover all aspects of successful pitching. Softball pitchers, please provide your own catchers. No cleats allowed in the gym.

Uniforms: U8 through U14 Boys will need to purchase gray baseball pants on their own. Girls will need to purchase black shorts on their own. Team jerseys will be provided by the TRC for all leagues. T-Ball participants may wear shorts.
Pitch, Hit & Run
Aquafina Major League Baseball Pitch, Hit & Run (PHR) is an exciting skills competition that provides boys and girls the chance to advance through four levels of competition, including Team Championship events at all 30 Major League ballparks and the National Finals at the MLB All-Star Game.
When: Saturday, April 28
Where: LV County Fairgrounds Ballfields

Blastball Print Form>>
Blastball is an excellent introductory game for T-Ball for boys and girls. It allows for more action for a youngsters short attention span. More kids get to be involved which helps them retain interest in T-Ball concept. The game is safe and uses a foam bat and ball with no gloves required. BLASTBALL! teaches the basic T-Ball fundamentals of hitting, throwing and fielding while emphasizing the importance of teamwork and sportsmanship.

Games: Played on weeknights beginning in June
Age: Must be 4 by June 1
Fee: $20.00
Where: TRC ball fields
Game shirts will be provided by the TRC. Shorts may be worn.
Special Oympics
This is a year-round program of sports training,
education and athletic competition in a variety
of Olympic-type sports for children and adults
with intellectual disabilities. It gives them
continuing opportunities to develop physical
fitness, demonstrate courage, experience joy
and participate in a sharing of gifts, skills and
friendship with their families, other Special
Olympic athletes and their community.
