Pottery 
Learn and expand your hand building technique as you create beautiful and functional pottery.  Create tiles, mugs, vases, or other fun projects.  All glazes, clay and kiln time are included in the fee. Additional class time will be needed to finish your projects following the last class.  Space is limited.
When: Thursdays, March 27-May 1

Basic Dog Obedience  Print Form>>
This is a foundation level obedience class for dogs four months of age or older.  We will cover the basic skills of sit, down, come, walking on leash & stay, as well as practicing with distractions, problem solving, and more.  Dogs need to be current on vaccinations & not dog or people aggressive.  For more information check out www.yourbestdog.com or contact the trainer at kdowning@prodigy.net or 913-369-3439. AHA Heartsaver(First Aid, CPR & AED)  Register>>
This course meets OHSA's requirements for First Aid Training and covers general knowledge, medical emergencies, injuries as well as environmental emergencies. CPR (including adult, child & infant) and AED are included with this course. 
When: Saturday, April 12
Where: TRC Office
Time: 8:30AM-2:30PM
Fee: $55 + $10 for workbook

FITNESS
Yoga   Print Form>>  (Try it for just $5 on 4/22)
This class is great for all levels. We recommend those 55 and over try gentle yoga or contact the instructor before registering.  The instructor can give alternative postures when appropriate.  People taking this class have reported various positive life changes including mood elevation, better sleep, reduction in food cravings, increased stamina, strength and flexibility.  Must provide your own mat.  
When:  Tuesdays evenings; start at anytime.
Where: Tonganoxie Public Library Community Room
Time: 6-7PM
Fee: $36/$40 for 4 consecutive classes
Deadline: This is a continous class. You may begin at anytime.

Card is good for 10 visits, combining the use of gym equipment and all exercise classes.  Day, evening and weekend classes are available.  Call 913-417-7474 for class availability.  No membership needed.

Trip Informational Meeting
Trips scheduled for 2014 will be discussed as well as a few trips that are in the works for 2015. Brent of Sunrise Tours will be present to help answer any questions.

Cape Cod and More
Boston, Plymouth Rock, Whale Watching, Cape Cod, Martha's Vineyard and Newport, RI highlight this 7 day trip which includes 13 meals.
