AHA Heartsaver(First Aid, CPR & AED)  Register>>
This course meets OHSA's requirements for First Aid Training and covers general knowledge, medical emergencies, injuries as well as environmental emergencies. CPR (including adult, child & infant) and AED are included with this course. 
When: Saturday, Dec. 6
Where: TRC Office
Time: 8:30AM-2:30PM
Fee: $55 + $10 for workbook

Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers
This course will cover adult, child, and infant CPR.  AED, bag valve mask, and choking will also be covered.  The course will be taught from a DVD and then the participants will practice the skill, complete a skills check off, as well as a written test to be passed with 84% or better.  Audience:  Physicians, nurses, EMS personnel, nursing students, respiratory/occupational therapists, CNAs and CMAs.  Click here to register online.

Beginner & Intermediate Flute Lessons

Learn from a flutist with 13 years of experience.  Each 30 minute session will increase your skill and confidence in playing this beautiful instrument.  The instructor will coordinate with you to schedule the lessons.

You'll learn basic jewelry techniques and also hammered wire jewelry and some string and fabric knotting. All supplies will be provided.

Throughout this course you'll learn some of the basics of the Spanish Language and useful words and phrases.  This class is perfect for those planning a trip to a Spanish speaking country or those who just wish to communicate more effectively with family, friends, neighbors and co-workers.

This class returns for the fall to help you reach your fitness goals.  The class will provide a total body workout while focusing on movements that will help you in your everyday activities.
